European Twinning project on additive technologies

Researchers from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, UL, have been awarded a contract to coordinate a three-year European Twinning project in Strengthening the Excellence of Additive Manufacturing Capabilities (SEAMAC), popularly known as 3D printing. This will allow the FME to strengthen its excellence in the field of additive technologies. Two laboratories at FMe are involved in the project, namely the Laboratory for Alternative Technologies, led by Associate Prof. dr. Joško Valentinčič, and the Laboratory of Synergetics, led by Prof. dr. Edvard Govekar.
