The Laboratory for Mechatronics, Production Systems, and Automation (LAMPA) presents the seventh edition of the International Summer School on Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and blockchain technologies. During the school, students will have a unique opportunity to create an Industrial Internet of Things application, utilizing accessible hardware and open-source software.
In the development and integration of key components of the web-based system, we will use the JavaScript programming language and the Node.js runtime environment. For access authorization and payment transactions, we will employ the blockchain platform Ethereum, which ensures secure and transparent execution of these processes.
Previous knowledge of industrial Internet of Things, JavaScript, or other technologies is not required, although basic familiarity with software engineering is desirable. Join us in this exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience, expand knowledge in IIoT, and develop practical skills in system development.
The Summer School is an officially recognized and accredited program by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Ljubljana.
