You are invited to the Open Day at the Laboratory for Fluid Power (LFT), where we will showcase modern research equipment, current development projects, and the latest laboratory capabilities in the fields of hydraulics, pneumatics, and fluid systems. Special attention will be given to the presentation of a new, large-scale modular oil test rig, representing a significant upgrade to the laboratory's research infrastructure. This test rig enables the flexible configuration of various hydraulic systems as well as the execution of complex experimental research and industrial testing.
Visitors will also be able to observe microscopy and wear-particle analysis procedures, which provide insight into the condition of hydraulic components and allow for the study of wear mechanisms and fluid system reliability. Modern methods for component condition monitoring, contamination analysis, and research approaches used in collaboration with industry partners will be demonstrated.
