Rezultate so objavili v ugledni reviji <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1021\/acsami.0c01594\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ACS Applied Materials &amp; Interfaces<\/a> (IF\u00a0=\u00a08.456).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"605\" height=\"246\" src=\"http:\/\/web.fs.uni-lj.si\/lasteh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.fs.uni-lj.si\/lasteh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-22.png 605w, https:\/\/web.fs.uni-lj.si\/lasteh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/image-22-300x122.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nemoteno delovanje naprednih elektronskih sistemov temelji na u\u010dinkovitem odvodu toplote, ki nastane pri njihovem obratovanju. Trenutno uveljavljeni pristopi odvoda toplote so ve\u010dinoma osnovani na prisilni konvekciji in raz\u0161irjenih povr\u0161inah. Ker ne dohajajo nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010de gostote toplotnega toka, ki je posledica razvoja tehnike in elektronike, se v zadnjem \u010dasu uveljavljajo nove metode, ki izkori\u0161\u010dajo latentno toploto pri fazni spremembi (tj. uparjanju oz. vrenju). Izbolj\u0161ave prenosa toplote na tem podro\u010dju temeljijo predvsem na funkcionalizaciji vrelnih povr\u0161in, kar vpliva na izbolj\u0161anje interakcije povr\u0161ine s hladilnim medijem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modifikacija povr\u0161inske topografije in omo\u010dljivosti povr\u0161in je \u017ee dlje \u010dasa uveljavljen pristop za izbolj\u0161anje prenosa toplote pri vrenju. Pri tem se superhidrofobne povr\u0161ine do sedaj niso zdele uporabne, saj pri uporabi vode kot hladilnega medija na\u010deloma povzro\u010dijo hiter prehod v neza\u017eelen re\u017eim filmskega vrenja in posledi\u010dno ne omogo\u010dajo doseganja visokih koeficientov toplotne prestopnosti. V prispevku so avtorju kot prvi na svetu dokazali, da je mogo\u010de razviti povr\u0161ine, ki hkrati izkazujejo superhidrofobnost in povi\u0161ane vrednosti kriti\u010dne gostote toplotnega toka. Na njih so zabele\u017eili koeficient toplotne prestopnosti preko 200 kW m<sup>-2<\/sup> K<sup>-1<\/sup> pri temperaturi povr\u0161ine le 7.1 K nad temperaturo hladilnega medija (vode). \u010ce bi razvite povr\u0161ine uporabili za hlajenje ra\u010dunalni\u0161kega procesorja, bi pri tipi\u010dnem toplotnem toku, ki ga spro\u0161\u010dajo sodobni procesorji, dosegli povr\u0161insko temperaturo le 2.3 K nad temperaturo hladilnega medija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Superhidrofobne povr\u0161ine (s kontaktnim kotom nad 150\u00b0 in zdrsnim kotom pod 5\u00b0) so avtorji izdelali na aluminijastih vzorcih. Povr\u0161ine so najprej lasersko strukturirali tako, da so na njih tvorili mikrojamice z razli\u010dnimi porazdelitvami premerov v razponu od nekaj sto nanometrov do okoli deset mikrometrov ter jih naknadno hidrofobizirali s kemi\u010dnim naparjanjem nekaj atomskih slojev debelega nanosa fluoriranega silana. Razviti pristop omogo\u010da hitro in enostavno izdelavo vrelnih povr\u0161in, ki lahko zagotovijo izjemno izbolj\u0161anje prenosa toplote pri vrenju, kar je tudi tematika raziskovalnega ARRS projekta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fs.uni-lj.si\/raziskovalna_dejavnost\/raziskovalna_dejavnost\/nacionalni_projekti\/2020032618555690\/Lasersko%20mikro%20in%20nanostrukturiranje%20za%20razvoj%20biomimeti%C4%8Dnih%20kovinskih%20povr%C5%A1in%20z%20edinstvenimi%20lastnostmi%20(LaMiNaS)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lasersko mikro in nanostrukturiranje za razvoj biomimeti\u010dnih kovinskih povr\u0161in z edinstvenimi lastnostmi (LaMiNaS)<\/a>.
