{"id":173,"date":"2020-05-11T10:16:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-11T10:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/LASTEH%20wp\/?p=173"},"modified":"2020-05-11T15:18:36","modified_gmt":"2020-05-11T15:18:36","slug":"test","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.fs.uni-lj.si\/lasteh\/2020\/05\/11\/test\/","title":{"rendered":"Podeljen mednarodni patent za avtomatsko 3D u\u010denje robotskega sistema za lasersko daljinsko obdelavo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Matija Jezer\u0161ek, Janez Mo\u017eina in Janez Diaci s Fakultete za strojni\u0161tvo ter Hubert Kosler s podjetja Yaskawa Slovenija so kot prvi na svetu razvili sistem in metodo za avtomatsko tri-dimenzionalno u\u010denje robotskega sistema za lasersko daljinsko obdelavo, za kar so prejeli mednarodni patent EP3124163 (B1).<\/p>\n<p>Sistem za daljinske laserske obdelave omogo\u010da adaptivno lasersko spajanje, rezanje ali teksturiranje in sodi med najhitreje razvijajo\u010de se napredne izdelovalne tehnologije, saj nudijo izjemno natan\u010dno, hitro in fleksibilno proizvodnjo izdelkov najzahtevnej\u0161ih oblik in materialov. Tovrstne tehnologije se uveljavljajo zlasti na podro\u010djih masovne proizvodnje avtomobilskih delov, elektronike in bele tehnike. Pri maloserijskih in kupcu prilagojenih proizvodih pa zaenkrat bistveno manj predvsem zaradi neekonomi\u010dnosti povezane z \u010dasovno potratno pripravo sistema \u2013 u\u010denja obdelovalne trajektorije. To velja zlasti v primerih kompleksnih oblik, kjer je potrebno obdelovalno trajektorijo popisati z velikim \u0161tevilom to\u010dk. Prav omenjeno slabost izum u\u010dinkovito odpravlja.<\/p>\n<p>Centralni del patentirane re\u0161itve predstavlja robotska roka z lasersko skenirno glavo. Prva omogo\u010da veliko delovno obmo\u010dje (obi\u010dajno 2000 x 2000 x 2000 mm), druga pa visoko hitrost (do 1000 mm\/s) vodenja laserskega snopa. Dolo\u010devanje obdelovalne trajektorije se izvaja samodejno na osnovi laserske triangulacije, za kar se uporablja ista skenirna glava, kot pri kasnej\u0161i obdelavi. Sistem najprej izmeri 3D obliko obdelovanca, iz katere se dolo\u010di lege zna\u010dilnih robov oziroma stikov obdelovanca, ki predstavljajo osnovo za zapis obdelovalne trajektorije. Tako dolo\u010dena trajektorija je bistveno natan\u010dnej\u0161a v primerjavi s klasi\u010dnim, vizualnim na\u010dinom.
