Increasing administrators\u2019 and academics\u2019 skills will allow students\/graduates to develop their potential and also actively participate in reducing youth unemployment in Palestine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:post-content --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>This project intends to achieve the following three specific objectives:<br \/>1. Enhancement of the competence and performance of career centers \/ alumni Units at PHEIs in creating and promoting cross border work employment.<br \/>2. Strengthening graduates&#039; skills and know-how required for obtaining cross border employment in six fields: Foreign language teaching (FLT), translation, web design, mechanical design, robots and machines programming and graphic design.<br \/>3. Reinforcing PHEIs links with local and international labour markets focusing on cross border work.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Three laboratories from the Faculty of Mechanical engineering, University of Ljubljana, participate in this project: LAKOS, MCE, and LABOD.
