Rotacijski reometer z nadzorovano napetostjo je sestavljen iz dveh simetri\u010dnih ko-aksialnih senzorskih geometrij med kateri vstavimo raztaljeni polimer ali pa polimer v trdnem stanju. Pri testiranju je ena izmed geometrij pri miru, medtem, ko se druga nadzorovano vrti. Indukcijski elektro motor aplicira konstanten navor pri tem pa rotacijski opti\u010dni enkoder meri hitrost rotacije povr\u0161ine materiala. Vzorec, ki je med senzorjema prepre\u010duje gibanje rotirajo\u010dega senzorja. Na podlagi tega kako hitro in za koliko se material odzove na aplicirano obremenitev lahko ocenimo viskoznost in voljnost materiala.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161 laboratorij je opremljen s tremi rotacijskimi reometri:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anton Paar MCR 302<\/li>\n<li>Anton Paar MCR 702<\/li>\n<li>ThermoFischer Haake MARSII<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Rezultate<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>RHC laboratorij lahko izvaja meritve na polimernih materialih v teko\u010dem in trdnem stanju v \u0161irokem temperaturnem in obremenitvenem razponu.
