Ekstrudorski cilinder je razdeljen na deset neodvisnih grelnih con ter ene dodatne na orodju oz matrici. Na napravi se lahko uporablja standardni matrici, ki omogo\u010data pripravo ekstrudata pravokotnega ali okroglega prereza, mo\u017ena pa je tudi uporaba nestandardnih nastavkov za pripravo vorcev cilindri\u010dnih oblik. Dodatna oprema omogo\u010da hitro ohlajenje ekstrudiranega materiala v vodni kopeli, po\u010dasno hlajenje z uporabo transportnega traku ter razrez ekstrudata z uporabo granulatorja.
