right; width: 44%;\">\n<p><em><strong>Principle<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nanoindenter Agilent G200 je merilna naprava za dolo\u010ditev trdote in modul elasti\u010dnosti. Naprava je sposobna aplicirati in snemati male obremenitve in premiki z visoko natan\u010dnostjo, katera zadostuje ponovljive rezultate po standard ISO 14577 in omogo\u010da dinami\u010dne meritve z uporabo metode nepretrganega merjenja trdote (Continuous Stiffness Method) za dolo\u010ditev lastnosti materiala po globini indentacije.<\/p>\n<p>Indentacija povr\u0161ine materiala je izvedena z diamantnim \u00bbBerkovich\u00ab indenterjem v obliki trikotne piramide (mo\u017ene so tudi druge geometrije) name\u0161\u010denim na koncu grede. Sila je aplicirana z elektro-magnetnim aktuatorjem z veliko natan\u010dnostjo. Aktuator zagotavlja premik grede v vertikalni smeri (v obe smeri), horizontalni premik je omejen s dvema listnima vzmetema, kateri sta pritrjena k ohi\u0161ju opreme.
