class=\"firefox_white\" style=\"float: right; width: 44%;\">\n<p><strong><em>Princip delovanja<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meritve voljnosti se izvedejo za karakterizacijo procesa deformacije \u010dasovno-odvisnih trdnih materialov, ko so izpostavljeni konstantni napetosti (sili). Na Centru za eksperimentalno mehaniko je bil razvit merilni sistem<sup>[1],[2],[3]<\/sup> za izvajanje stri\u017enih meritev voljnosti trdnih materialov pri konstantnih temperaturah.<\/p>\n<p>Postopek meritev lezenja je sestavljen iz:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>priprave vzorcev \u2013 gravitacijskega ulivanja vzorcev v cilindri\u010dno obliko in lepljenje vzorcev na kovinska dr\u017eala, ki so potrebna za vpenjanje v napravo;<\/li>\n<li>procesa popu\u0161\u010danja napetosti pri povi\u0161ani temperaturi, kateri sledi po\u010dasno ohlajanje do temperature okolice. S tem procesom izbri\u0161emo termo- mehansko zgodovino materiala;<\/li>\n<li>izmenjave faze obremenjevanja in razbremenjevanja materiala pri razli\u010dnih temperaturah po predhodno dolo\u010denih temperaturnih korakih in obremenitvenemu profilu;<\/li>\n<li>meritve procesa lezenja pri povi\u0161anih temperaturah in nadzora, ter bele\u017eenja temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>Rezultati<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Iz vnaprej dolo\u010denem temperaturnem in mehanksem obremenitvenem profile dobimo segmente stir\u017ene voljnosti v kraj\u0161em \u010dasovnem oknu.
